At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Condition

Ensure all items are in brand-new, un-skated condition with original tags and packaging intact; grip tape applied to decks makes them non-returnable.

Request Authorization

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our Columbia, SC storefront.

Receive Refund

Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
